I will say was initially put off by the youtube ad frequency but figured why not hear the guy out - he is n great shape and I was in the Military for many years and used to be in great shape and now that I am home have fallen into a rut. Preped food and well just taking each day as it comes looking to feel healthier and loosing weight is a bonus. It doesn't happen that way if you commit in some form and change habits you will see results. I think to many people who hate ot expect to be spoon fed every thing and see result. Yes it may feel a little tricky at first but if you put time in to it like you will long term changes, to read the information its actully pretty easy to figure out. To help you feel guided and not just given information down your throat. This doesn't the reasons there is lots of videos is foe support and helping you change your mindset. I've lacked knowledge on nutrition and excersie which has led me down so many silly weight losses paths that focused solely on weight. ![]() ![]() He is extremely informative on that alone. ![]() You don't have to watch them so I am unsure why that's a problem. I am so pleased I come by Vinces adds on YouTube.
